Tomato, Basil and Mushroom Bruschetta recipe

Bruschetta is an appetizer from central Italy whose origin dates to at least the 15th century. It consists of roasted bread rubbed with garlic and topped with extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Variations may include toppings of spicy red pepper, tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, and/or cheese; the most popular recipe outside of Italy involves basil, fresh tomato, garlic and onion or mozzarella.
Butter the slices of baguettes and place into hot oven for 2-3 minutes @ 170 degrees
                                                            
80 grams of Mozzarella Cheese
1 clove of garlic. Skin Removed and to rub the garlic unto baguettes.
Handful of Cherry Tomatos and 1 or 2 brown button mushrooms
Once baguettes toasted, take out and set aside.
Rub the garlic onto the baguettes
Add sliced mushrooms, tomatoes and basil. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, black pepper and Oregano herbs on top.
Drizzle a bit of Extra Virgin Olive oil and then the mozzarella cheese before putting back into oven for 10 minutes.

Ingredients :

Oregano herb, dry or fresh.
A dozen Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
1-2 button brown mushroom, sliced
2-3 Basil Leaves, sliced
60 grams of Mozzarella Cheese
Half loaf of baguette, cut into an inch thick slices
1 clove of garlic, skin off
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 knob of butter
Salt and Black Pepper

Process of cooking

Turn your oven on to 170 degrees and let it heat up. Cut Baguette into an inch thick slices, at an angle. Then butter your baguettes serving side up and place baguettes onto tray. Once oven hot enough, place the baguettes into oven to toast about 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, slice mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and Basil and set aside. Remove skin from the garlic and cut into half. Take out your baguettes after 3 minutes and just brush the garlic onto the surface of the toasted side. Brush evenly and then places your tomatoes, mushrooms onto baguette, also place the Basil leaves on top. drizzle a pinch of Oregano herbs onto the filling and a pinch of salt and Black pepper. Mozzarella cheese onto the filling and lastly, drizzle few tablespoon of olive oil on top. Place your baguettes into 170 degrees hot oven and bake for 10 minutes. Once ready serve up with lemon wedges and relishes.
